A perfect blend of fitness! Join Audrey for this dynamic 60-minute class, designed to get you stronger and increase your range of motion. The first 30 minutes will focus on building strength using body weight and resistance band training, followed by 30 minutes of mobility and flexibility exercises. All ages welcome. No experience required. Get ready to lengthen and strengthen at the MOVE Studio!

Mom & Me:
Pelvic Floor and Core Restore
Thursdays 10:00-10:45 am
Mom and Me: Pelvic Floor and Core is for all mamas who are 6 weeks to one year postpartum.
This pelvic floor physiotherapist-led class focuses on connecting the breath, pelvic floor and deep core to optimise strength and function. This class is rooted in pilates-based training and designed to be low impact. Exercises will be performed on a yoga mat with your baby, using bodyweight, resistance bands and swiss balls. Bring your little and your yoga mat!
